Gertrud Bjørnvig, Gertrude & Cope Gertrud is an experienced software consultant and trainer who has been in software development since 1984. Today Gertrud focuses on applying use cases in agile development - not as a hand-over specification, but as the most efficient communication tool when testing and usability are important. Scrum is her favorite development framework, and besides being a Certified Scrum Master, she has all the skills that make a great Scrum Master. She facilitates retrospectives, and thinks that organizational patterns are a powerful tool for agile process improvement.
