Agilic - Agile methods and Lean Thinking in a distributed organization Agillic is a Danish software company, supplying on-demand Customer Life-cycle Marketing solutions for the telecommunications industry. For Agillic, Agile methods and Lean thinking have been instrumental in the company's transition to a software product company with both on- and offshore software development in Denmark and Ukraine. The pragmatic Scrum implementation in the software development department quickly produced results and has shown a way for how to make the whole business scale and create sustainable growth. That being said, distributed, multi-team Agile does not come of itself and Agillic has taken many learnings along the way in the continuous search for a better way to do it.
